Input formats

You can send information in many ways. Upload any file and the AI extracts the relevant information automatically — dates, names, tasks, everything.

  • Text — type or paste anything. The AI detects intent, dates, and contacts.
  • Voice — upload an audio file or voice note. It gets transcribed and processed automatically. Works from the web app.
  • Image — take a photo of a whiteboard, receipt, meeting notes, or handwritten list. The AI reads the content and extracts action items.
  • Document — upload a PDF, Word doc, or text file. All relevant information is extracted: meeting minutes become tasks, contracts become deadlines, notes become actions.

Integrations

Connect your accounts for a seamless experience.

  • Telegram — use the bot to send tasks, events, and notes via chat.
  • Google — Calendar, Tasks, and Contacts are connected when you sign in.

Tips

  • Write naturally — you don't need special commands or syntax.
  • You can also ask things: "what do I have today?", "I already did the dentist thing", "find the proposal stuff". It understands how you talk.
  • Include dates and times for better results: "tomorrow at 3pm" works great.
  • Mention people by name to link events and commitments.
  • Upload voice notes from the app — the AI transcribes and processes them.
  • Type "help" in the input box to see the quick guide.

Good to know

  • "My pending" shows today's calendar events alongside your active notes and commitments. Events and tasks live in Google — TiraloAcá shows them for context.
  • Free plan includes 20 actions per month. When you hit the limit, you can upgrade to Premium ($5/mo) from the app. The counter resets on the 1st of each month.
  • If the AI isn't sure what you mean (less than 60% confidence), it will ask you to confirm before creating anything.
